Ronald D. Kropp

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Ron Kropp is Chief Financial Officer of ITW. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kropp was Vice President & Controller of Financial Reporting. In this role, he managed external reporting, corporate and tax accounting, country controllers, treasury, and internal audit. He has also served as Director of Corporate Accounting and Manager of Consolidated Reporting and Analysis. He joined ITW in 1993 after six years at Arthur Anderson.

Mr. Kropp received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
