Sharon M. Brady

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Sharon M. Brady is Senior Vice President of Human Resources of ITW. Prior to joining ITW in 2006, Ms. Brady was Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer of Snap-On Inc. in Pleasant Prairie, WI where she was responsible for all Human Resource policies, programs, worldwide staff, and corporate HR staff. She has also served as Vice President of Human Resources of Sears, Roebuck & Co.’s Home Services Division.

Ms. Brady earned her B.A. degree in Education from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS. She has also completed courses in Management and Strategic Planning and Organization/Individual Behavior at Loyola University and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

She is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago and has served as the organization’s President as well as on the Board of Directors.
